Sprouted brown rice contains full spectrum of amino acids and has a perfect Protein Digestibility Score of 1 (the same as egg or whey).
Progressive Organics Brown Rice Protein will mix easily into your favourite beverage, but in order to keep it in its most natural state, it has not been instantized. For best results use a blender. It can also be added to oatmeal, muffins, or pancake mix to help increase their protein content.
