Directions: Dietary Protein Supplementation:Â Add 1/4 cup (20g) of Egg white Protein powder daily to 12 oz (340 mL) of milk or other liquid. Mix and consume.
Liquid Egg White Substitution:Â Mix 2 tablespoons of egg white protein powder with 6 tablespoons of water to equal 2 liquid egg whites. This egg white powder is pasteurized which inactivates the avidin glycoprotein. Biotin fortification is not necessary for this product.Â
