Nature’s Way Vitex Fruit
Vitex or Chaste Tree is a traditional dietary supplement for women. Vitex is widely used to promote overall health and balance in a woman’s cycle.
Directions:Â Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times daily with water at mealtimes. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
