NOW Foods Blessed Thistle 500 mg 100 caps

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a digestive tonic and bitter to increase appetite, aid digestion and help relieve indigestion (dyspepsia), and as an expectorant to help relieve cold symptoms such as mucus membrane inflammation (catarrh).

Blessed thistle offers a natural, traditional medicinal option for digestive disturbances and cough and cold symptoms.

Suggested Usage: Take 2 capsules, 2 times daily with meals. 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Capsule (gelatin, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).  

Contains No: Sugar, Salt, Starch, Yeast, Wheat, Gluten, Corn, Soy, Milk, Egg, Shellfish or Preservatives. 

Warning: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family, or are pregnant.
